Supplier management – streamline your procurement process
CARMAN’s supplier manager stores all supplier information and supplier order histories in an easy to use “iPhone” type interface similar to the customer manager. When you create a customer order in CARMAN, fulfilling it is as easy as clicking the item – the system then checks if the item is in stock, deducting the quantity from the available stock or in the event of the item not being in stock automatically creating a new supplier order. The order is sent directly to the supplier via an automatically generated PDF.
The supplier manager shows a full history of all items ordered from the selected supplier. View your current balance and cross check supplier invoices to ensure you are receiving accurate billing. You can also print labels to attach to income deliveries to ensure all stock is processed and allocated correctly.
